I'm Bahushruth CS, currently building AI for lending at Cassian, where we're automating borrower onboarding in commercial lending. We're taking messy, incomplete borrower submissions and turning them into clean, decision-ready loan packages for brokers and lenders.
Previously, I was part of Entrepreneurs First (Fall '25), where I explored vertical AI solutions before co-founding Cassian. Before that, I worked as an MLOps Engineer at QuillBot—first MLOps hire to maintain GPU infrastructure and deploy ML systems serving millions of users daily. I also spent time as a Founding Engineer at Flippy (YC-backed crypto startup) and as a Research Intern at IBM Research working on multimodal information retrieval.
My background spans machine learning infrastructure, NLP, and graph neural networks. I'm particularly interested in efficient LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and productionizing AI systems that solve real business problems.
